After the restoration process, Teflex for Wood®deeply penetrates the pores of wood surface,polymerizes and forms a stable antimicrobial coating resulting in the elimination of microbes and the prevention of further biogrowth. After polymerization the antimicrobial coating wont leach into the surrounding environment; furhtermore, the coating is colorless, odorless, non-toxic and doesn't change the physical or chemical attributes of the surface being treated.
